When it comes to speak about websites, the first question usually is: "How much is it?". It is like asking "how much is a car?". The answer, in either case, can only be "it depends". Do you want a small car, or may be you need a Ferrari Testa Rossa? Maybe a Rolls Royce? Could be a little Japanese, even used, is enough ... The price, of course, change, and a lot.
As an indication, you can put a price per page, but, again, it depends on how the page is made or produced, if it is static or dynamic, its contents, if you want (and certainly you will) that is well positioned, or not: that is, if SEO advice is involved, or just "let it as it is".
You might want to give me a list of your pages, and your texts, you do not want to be changed in any way: clearly, such a site does not cost much. Say, 300 euros for a site of 4 or 5 pages. If you need, and I have some spare time, I could do it for you: this is not the sort of site that I am willing to sign. It will be your stuff, I am giving you only technical support for its publication. But if you want a site like this, you should rather download and use Joomla, or some other do-it-yourself tool. It is free.
Below you will find a price guide. The prices are approximate, as stated above, VAT excluded (if you do not have a valid VAT id, I have to charge you 20% taxes), and are in line with current market prices. They shall not be understood as a commitment on my part, because, as I have said, behind a single web page can be a lot of programming work. Here I am dealing with static pages, or nearly static: for complex web applications with web services, user registration, mailing of newsletters, ecommerce, etc., the final price of the site is determined from time to time, based on a careful analysis followed by detailed offer.
Also, it is easily understood that some of the services I can give can be meaningless out of Italy boundaries.

Anything not listed here is subject to negotiation: after which you will be presented an offer, which will be signed by both parties as a binding contract.
As for routine maintenance of the site, it can be charged as per hour, or by yearly subscription. The cost of the subscription shall depend on the complexity of the site.
The cost of housing or hosting is charged separately, can be payed directly to the service provider, and can vary greatly, from about €10 per year, to about no limits, depending on the space you need and, above all, the volume of traffic that your site can generate (ie, from the number of visitors).
